About this Consult:
Kelly has been experiencing right back/hip pain and tension for 2.5 years, as well as delayed pain after sexual activity.
Kelly had her first child, then experienced this pain during a second-trimester miscarriage after the passing of her mother.
Kelly describes that she had some “typical pregnancy pain” during her most recent pregnancy.
She then experienced a right knee injury which required surgery 3 months after birth.
Unfortunately the right hip pain and tension returned.
To date, Kelly has tried seeing three Physiotherapists (one of which being a Pelvic Health Physio).
She has been using “good posture”, “staying aligned”, breathing and stabilization techniques with little long term improvement.
Now her pain comes and goes inconsistently.
